How To Alkalize!

We recommend that every morning have a 16-ounce bottle of spring water with one, seeded lemon squeeze, and drink this 15 Minutes before you eat or brush your teeth!

This starts your alkaline process and gets your gut flora in balance to accept alkalinity and start alkalizing!  In your transition to Alkalinity, you want to Stop Eating White rice, Brown rice, or Forbidden rice, as well as eating traditional Wheat for they are all acidic and they cause major inflammation in the body.

You want to Replace those grains with Black Rice Wild, Quinoa, Fonio, Kamut, & Amaranth. As far as Flour: Almond flour, Spelt Flour, Teff Flour, Kamut Flour any one of the ancient grain flours'!

We recommend doing a bundle with Irish Sea Moss & Bladderwrack Gel or Irish Sea Moss & Bladderwrack Capsules, to start the cleansing process and gradually move into a colon cleanse & other Alkaline Herbs to give your body time to adapt and acclimate into Alkalinity!

Drink Alkaline or Spring water throughout the day! Drink As close to a Gallon of Water a day to speed up your Alkaline Process!
